Ideal for a business trip. the place is pretty clean and although it's small, the room I got was surprisingly spacious. Also, there are awesome facilities here! 🌟

The hotel was reasonably priced thanks to its pleasant staff. The room was clean with comfortable bed. Everywhere there was clean. The venue was in a good and unbeatable location close to bars and clubs, and downtown.

The proximity to the Cibeles Convention Center makes it a perfect location.

During our stay at City Express, we were pleasantly surprised by the convenient location and affordable prices. The hotel had all the amenities we needed, including a business center and gym. One highlight was the laundry machine and dryer available, which not many hotels offer nowadays. The non-smoking policy throughout the building was a big plus for us. The staff was always kind and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel for its value and convenience.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The security guard was awesome - he made us feel safe, gave suggestions on where to eat and shop, and helped us with our luggage without expecting anything in return. The hotel also offered a free shuttle to our appointments, which was very convenient. The coffee machine was excellent, available 24 hours a day, and there was a snack station as well. The breakfast provided was good, and the staff, especially the day time security guard, were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The hotel also provided a convenient shuttle service, which was greatly appreciated.
